Huiming is a global finance leader based in London with over a decade of people management and leading teams experience in the United States, United Kingdom, and China. She has worked across multiple industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, and Financial Services. Huiming is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA).

Huiming is known as a strategic thought leader, full of energy and ideas. She is highly motivated and self-driven with proven track records in critical thinking, strategy development, analytics, research, influencing, change activation, and leadership. Her expertise lies in business partnering, cross functional collaboration, negotiation, pricing, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), internal audit, strategic consulting, project management, working capital, cash flow optimization, enterprise risk management (ERM), finance IT, finance and business transformation..

Huiming is passionate in teaching finance and analytics to non-finance professionals in order to promote the business language of numbers to drive organizational and personal growth. She is often invited within her companies to run finance-for-non-finance training sessions with sales, marketing, and customer service functions. She also runs 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with sales account managers and country sales directors on financial acumen to drive commercial growth and career advancement.

Given her diverse experience across multiple cultures in the business setting, Huiming is genuinely interested in intercultural management, cultural intelligence, and the work and life of transnational professionals. Outside of her corporate job, Huiming is also an author on the "Intercultural_Career" official account, a collaborative original blog on China's WeChat platform.
